描述信息
Alpha-maltose is a maltose that has alpha-configuration at the reducing end anomeric centre.
alpha-Maltose is a natural product found in Cyperus esculentus, Phytelephas aequatorialis, and other organisms with data available.
Maltodextrin is an oligosaccharide derived from starch that is used as a food additive and as a carbohydrate supplement. As a supplement, maltodextrin is used to provide and sustain energy levels during endurance-oriented workouts o sports, and to help build muscle mass and support weight gain.
