Deoxyuridine, also known as dU, belongs to the class of organic compounds known as pyrimidine 2-deoxyribonucleosides. Outside of the human body, deoxyuridine has been detected, but not quantified in, several different foods, such as lichee, highbush blueberries, agaves, macadamia nut (M. tetraphylla), and red bell peppers. Dialkyl phosphates are organic compounds containing a phosphate group that is linked to exactly two alkyl chain (e)-monocrotophos is slightly soluble (in water) and an extremely weak acidic compound (based on its pKa). Within the cell, (e)-monocrotophos is primarily located in the cytoplasm.
