Heroin
A morphinane alkaloid that is morphine bearing two acetyl substituents on the O-3 and O-6 positions. As with other opioids, heroin is used as both an analgesic and a recreational drug. Frequent and regular administration is associated with tolerance and physical dependence, which may develop into addiction. Its use includes treatment for acute pain, such as in severe physical trauma, myocardial infarction, post-surgical pain, and chronic pain, including end-stage cancer and other terminal illnesses. Diethylstilbestrol
Diethylstilbestrol is a synthetic estrogen that was developed to supplement a womans natural estrogen production. In 1971, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a Drug Bulletin advising physicians to stop prescribing DES to pregnant women because it was linked to a rare vaginal cancer in female offspring. Diethylstilbesterol is found in gram bean. Diethylstilbestrol is a synthetic nonsteroidal estrogen used in the treatment of menopausal and postmenopausal disorders. It was also used formerly as a growth promoter in animals. According to the Fourth Annual Report on Carcinogens (NTP 85-002, 1985), diethylstilbestrol has been listed as a known carcinogen. Aminomethylphosphonic acid
Aminomethylphosphonic acid, also known as AMPA, belongs to the class of organic compounds known as organic phosphonic acids. These are organic compounds containing phosphonic acid. Based on a literature review a significant number of articles have been published on Aminomethylphosphonic acid. (aminomethyl)phosphonic acid is a member of the class of phosphonic acids that is phosphonic acid substituted by an aminomethyl group. It is a metabolite of the herbicide glyphosate. It is a one-carbon compound and a member of phosphonic acids. It is functionally related to a phosphonic acid. It is a conjugate acid of an (aminomethyl)phosphonate(1-). (Aminomethyl)phosphonic acid. Glutamylglutamic acid
Glutamylglutamic acid is a dipeptide composed of two glutamic acid residues, and is a proteolytic breakdown product of larger proteins. It belongs to the family of N-acyl-alpha amino acids and derivatives. These are compounds containing an alpha amino acid which bears an acyl group at its terminal nitrogen atom. Glutamylglutamic acid is an incomplete breakdown product of protein digestion or protein catabolism. Some dipeptides are known to have physiological or cell-signaling effects although most are simply short-lived intermediates on their way to specific amino acid degradation pathways following further proteolysis. Gibberellin A116
Gibberellin a116, also known as ga12, is a member of the class of compounds known as c20-gibberellin 6-carboxylic acids. C20-gibberellin 6-carboxylic acids are c20-gibberellins with a carboxyl group at the 6-position. Thus, gibberellin a116 is considered to be an isoprenoid lipid molecule. Gibberellin a116 is practically insoluble (in water) and a weakly acidic compound (based on its pKa). Gibberellin a116 can be found in a number of food items such as rape, pigeon pea, chinese cabbage, and linden, which makes gibberellin a116 a potential biomarker for the consumption of these food products. 1,2-Dichloroethane
1,2-Dichloroethane is a solvent used in food processing. The chemical compound 1,2-dichloroethane, commonly known by its old name of ethylene dichloride (EDC), is a chlorinated hydrocarbon, mainly used to produce vinyl chloride monomer (VCM, chloroethene), the major precursor for PVC production. It is a colourless liquid with a chloroform-like odour. 1,2-Dichloroethane is also used generally as an intermediate for other organic chemical compounds, and as a solvent

Estrogen
A steroid hormone that stimulates or controls the development and maintenance of female sex characteristics in mammals by binding to oestrogen receptors. The oestrogens are named for their importance in the oestrous cycle. (ChEBI). Estrogen is found in date and apricot.
