Cysteinyl leukotrienes (CysLTs) are a family of potent inflammatory mediators that appear to contribute to the pathophysiologic features of allergic rhinitis. Many N-acylamides are involved in lipid signaling system through interactions with transient receptor potential channels (TRP).
