(e)-monocrotophos, also known as azodrin or dimethyl (E)-3-hydroxy-N-methylcrotonamide, is a member of the class of compounds known as dialkyl phosphates. Dialkyl phosphates are organic compounds containing a phosphate group that is linked to exactly two alkyl chain (e)-monocrotophos is slightly soluble (in water) and an extremely weak acidic compound (based on its pKa).
