Fumonisin B2
Fumonisin B2 is from Fusarium moniliforme Fumonisin B2 is a fumonisin mycotoxin produced by the fungi Fusarium verticillioides and Fusarium moniliforme. It is a structural analog of fumonisin B1. Fumonisin B2 is more cytotoxic than fumonisin B1. Fumonisin B2 inhibits sphingosine acyltransferase D009676 - Noxae > D011042 - Poisons > D009183 - Mycotoxins D009676 - Noxae > D011042 - Poisons > D037341 - Fumonisins D009676 - Noxae > D002273 - Carcinogens From Fusarium moniliforme

beta1-Chaconine
beta1-Chaconine is found in alcoholic beverages. beta1-Chaconine is an alkaloid from potato species (Solanum chacoense, Solanum commersonii, Solanum crispum, Solanum tuberosum, Solanum ajanhuiri and Solanum stenotomum, Solanaceae Alkaloid from potato subspecies (Solanum chacoense, Solanum commersonii, Solanum crispum, Solanum tuberosum, Solanum ajanhuiri and Solanum stenotomum, Solanaceae). beta1-Chaconine is found in alcoholic beverages and potato.
norerythromycin
norerythromycin is a metabolite of erythromycin. Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that has an antimicrobial spectrum similar to or slightly wider than that of penicillin, and is often used for people who have an allergy to penicillins. For respiratory tract infections, it has better coverage of atypical organisms, including Mycoplasma and legionellosis. It was first marketed by Eli Lilly and Company, and it is today commonly known as EES (erythromycin ethylsuccinate, an ester prodrug that is commonly administered). (Wikipedia)

beta-2-Chaconine
Beta-2-chaconine is a member of the class of compounds known as steroidal saponins. Steroidal saponins are saponins in which the aglycone moiety is a steroid. The steroidal aglycone is usually a spirostane, furostane, spirosolane, solanidane, or curcubitacin derivative. Beta-2-chaconine is practically insoluble (in water) and a very weakly acidic compound (based on its pKa). Beta-2-chaconine can be found in potato, which makes beta-2-chaconine a potential biomarker for the consumption of this food product.

fumonisin B2
A fumonisin that is (2S,3S,12S,14S,15R,16R)-2-amino-12,16-dimethylicosane-3,14,15-triol in which the hydroxy groups at positions 14 and 15 have each been esterified by condensation with the 1-carboxy group of 3-carboxyglutaric acid (giving a 3-carboxyglutarate ester group with R configuration in each case).
