Azathioprine
Azathioprine is only found in individuals that have used or taken this drug. It is an immunosuppressive pro-drug. It is converted into 6-mercaptopurine in the body where it blocks purine metabolism and DNA synthesis.Azathioprine antagonizes purine metabolism and may inhibit synthesis of DNA, RNA, and proteins. It may also interfere with cellular metabolism and inhibit mitosis. Its mechanism of action is likely due to incorporation of thiopurine analogues into the DNA structure, causing chain termination and cytotoxicity. Azathioprine can be converted in vivo to the active metabolite 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP). Azathioprine has myelosuppressive effects and induces apoptosis[1][3].
DOPA sulfate
Increases in plasma dopamine sulfate and urinary dopamine suggest that dopamine sulfate may be generated via DOPA sulfate and urinary dopamine may originate from circulating DOPA. DOPA sulfate may be an alternative source of dopamine sulfate. Urinary dopamine progressively increased in the course of metyrosine treatment, and this, along with the increase of the dopamine metabolite, dihydroxyphenylethanol, and plasma dopamine sulfate, occurred in the absence of any change in plasma dopamine.(PMID: 1969915). Furilazole
Furilazole (CAS: 121776-33-8) belongs to the class of organic compounds known as oxazolidines. Oxazolidines are compounds containing an oxazolidine moiety, which consists of a saturated aliphatic five-member ring with one oxygen atom, one nitrogen, three carbon atoms, and two double bonds. Furilazole is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). Furilazole is a dichloroacetamide herbicide safener for gramineous crops.
