Alprenolol

1-[2-(prop-2-en-1-yl)phenoxy]-3-[(propan-2-yl)amino]propan-2-ol

C15H23NO2 (249.1728698)

Alprenolol is only found in individuals that have used or taken this drug. It is one of the adrenergic beta-antagonists used as an antihypertensive, anti-anginal, and anti-arrhythmic agent. [PubChem]Alprenolol non-selectively blocks beta-1 adrenergic receptors mainly in the heart, inhibiting the effects of epinephrine and norepinephrine resulting in a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure. Also, with a more minor effect, by binding beta-2 receptors in the juxtaglomerular apparatus, alprenolol inhibits the production of renin, thereby inhibiting angiotensin II and aldosterone production and therefore inhibits the vasoconstriction and water retention due to angiotensin II and aldosterone, respectively. C10H12 (132.0938952)

Occurs in Chamaecyparis, Citrus, Eucalyptus, Juniperus and Ribes subspecies oils and juices. Flavouring ingredient. p-Mentha-1,3,5,8-tetraene is found in many foods, some of which are lemon, parsley, spearmint, and roman camomile. p-Mentha-1,3,5,8-tetraene is found in citrus. p-Mentha-1,3,5,8-tetraene occurs in Chamaecyparis, Citrus, Eucalyptus, Juniperus and Ribes species oils and juices. p-Mentha-1,3,5,8-tetraene is a flavouring ingredien

Triprolidine

2-[(1E)-1-(4-methylphenyl)-3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)prop-1-en-1-yl]pyridine

C19H22N2 (278.1782892)

Triprolidine is only found in individuals that have used or taken this drug. It is the first generation histamine H1 antagonist used in allergic rhinitis; asthma; and urticaria. It is a component of cough and cold medicines. It may cause drowsiness. [PubChem]Triprolidine binds to the histamine H1 receptor. This blocks the action of endogenous histamine, which subsequently leads to temporary relief of the negative symptoms brought on by histamine.
