Eriodictyol 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside is a flavanone glycoside that is eriodictyol attached to a beta-D-glucopyranosyl residue at position 7 via a glycosidic linkage. It is an Nrf2 activator and provides protection against cisplatin-induced toxicity. It has a role as a plant metabolite and a radical scavenger. It is a monosaccharide derivative, a beta-D-glucoside, a flavanone glycoside and a trihydroxyflavanone. It is functionally related to an eriodictyol.
Eriodictyol-7-O-glucoside is a natural product found in Lysimachia maxima, Balanophora tobiracola, and other organisms with data available.
Eriodictyol-7-O-glucoside (Eriodictyol 7-O-β-D-glucoside), a flavonoid, is a potent free radical scavenger. Eriodictyol-7-O-glucoside is also an Nrf2 activator, confers protection against Cisplatin-induced toxicity[1].
