描述信息

Ethyl stearate, also known as fema 3490, belongs to the class of organic compounds known as fatty acid esters. These are carboxylic ester derivatives of a fatty acid. Ethyl stearate is a very hydrophobic molecule, practically insoluble in water, and relatively neutral.
Flavouring ingredient. Ethyl stearate is found in coriander and sweet marjoram.
