Dimalonylawobanin is a member of the class of compounds known as flavonoid 3-o-p-coumaroyl glycosides. Flavonoid 3-o-p-coumaroyl glycosides are flavonoid 3-O-glycosides where the carbohydrate moiety is esterified with a p-coumaric acid.
