描述信息

A four-component ring assembly consisting of 5-(phosphooxymethyl)-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one, fluorobenzene, pyridine and 2-methyltetrazole rings joined in sequence. The prodrug of tedizolid, used for the treatment of acute bacterial skin infections caused by certain susceptible bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin-resistant strains (MRSA) and methicillin-susceptible strains), various Streptococcus species, and Enterococcus faecalis.
